CHEF JASON
Jason Mathiason founded Jera with a passion for sharing good food with good people, away from the usual restaurant setting. After years of working in traditional kitchens, with frequent stints on sailboats and local farms, he decided to hone in on his purpose – sharing the art and science of really tasty food with his local community. When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find Jason traveling to a Phish show, enjoying the day with his wife and dogs, or playing pool on the local league.
